Our 2nd Lovely Anniversary

It was June 9 of 2018 when I got married to this wonderful man beside me. Since then, it has been  2 years since we gave our vows to each other.

My married life turned my life upside down and 180 degrees. I had so many realizations and learning as an individual and as a wife.

It seems that 2 years has been 10years or maybe because its lockdown season.

Due to corona virus our budge is limited, and our access to the outside world is also limited because it is so not safe to go out into the world nowadays, yes, you heard it right --WORLD.

So it was a DIY celebration using some old cardboards in the house, bondpapers, sticks, colored papers, and had some printouts from my friend.

The foods are DIY so maybe next time ill vlog recipes with costing included. All the food that you can see summed to around 500 pesos but it lasted for 2 days because it is homecooked and handmade (cake)

This pandemic really changed our lives and perspective as a couple. It has been two years but there are so many things to learn. I am just glad that we are in this together as a team.

We do not have so much material thins. I even get married without a cent in my pocket but surely, there are so many things worth living even if we live from paycheck to paycheck. The grace of God abounds..always.

To my husband who has no idea that I am blogging this now, Happy 2nd Anniversary.. I had so much to sacrifice just to be with you (most of the times the wife has to adjust a lot) but everything is worth it and I will do it again eve m life will be replayed a hundred times. Let us grow together , deeply in love with each other day by day. And hoping that this pandemic will soon end and tings could go back to normal. I love you and I know you are aware of it.

So we hope that you also find joy in simple things. Let us strive to be happy and rise up :)

Keepsafe♥

God bless you ♥

An indifferent September 1st

 Hi,

It's been a while since I last had an entry. I just felt that I wanted to write again in the form of log because most of the time I am writing through my notebook.

Well, since time immemorial, adulting hit me. Let me just have a quick review of what life has been since the last unposted entry in this blog

April 22, 2016 - I said yes to my suitor who is now my husband

June 9, 2017-first attempt of engagement failed :(

December 24, 2017- We got engaged on Christmas Eve

March 2018 - Started working with HSBC

June 9, 2018 - Married the man of my prayers

Aug-Sept 2018 - Unstoppable bleeding due to PCOS,a month of  BLOOD IT IS, More than,  I quit from work with the best place to work - HSBC

Sept 26 2018 to Feb 2019 - Volunteered in an NGO - Missions Org

April 2019 to December 2019 - Home-based Online Tutor

March 6 2020 to present - Job Order at PAGASA

And so many things happened in between. But now, the weirdest Sept1 of our lives happened. Since March 16 2020,Philippines has been on a lock down but it is because of an ongoing pandemic, corona virus disease.

A not so ordinary Valentine

I've been waiting for this moment when it came in the least expected day it would arrive. Just like my birthday which will certainly occur but with an indefinite day, my love, my only love, confessed his love for me in a very lovely day of February 14, 2016.

Clueless as it seem.. The people around us most likely those who are close to our heart already knew about the plan. My dear kulet sent them a message Saturday night before this revelation and assured that it will not come to my knowledge.

This could be considered as one of my best Sundays in my entire life. In front of the church, the entire church, my family and some people close to my heart, he bravely confessed his love for me and respect for my parents by asking for their consent.

It is truly a living testimony that if you patiently wait for the Lord's will and time, with prayer  and faith, you will be given what you are asking (if it is meant for you)

So then my world stopped for 15 minutes and that was the 15 minute that i would love to replay over and over again..

When did I answer? Find out on the next coming posts.
